Isenhurst pools are for adult member use only, but each club hosts two, three-hour children’s swimming sessions per week.

Children's Swimming Hours:

Uckfield – Wednesdays from 15.00 -18.00 and Saturdays from 10.00 – 13.00.

Crowborough – Wednesdays from 15.00 – 18.00 and Saturdays from 10.00 – 13.00.

The children’s swimming sessions are for member’s children only. Children three and under swim for free, with a cost of £4.00 per child aged four to sixteen. There are no lifeguards at the pool, so the safety of the children are the parent’s or guardian’s own responsibility.

The pool areas in each club also have a sauna and steam room. The sauna with its dry heat helps with tension, relaxing muscles to soothe away any aches and pains. Similarly the steam rooms with its heat and high humidity are a great way revive muscles, cleanse skin (and the soul) and help with breathing.

Each club also sports a spa pool for soaking those achy muscles while the powerful water jets do the rest.
